The Board of Directors places great importance on the disclosure of accurate, complete, and transparent information, including both financial and non-financial information, as well as any material information that may affect the Company, in order to ensure that investors and relevant stakeholders are informed comprehensively, in a timely manner, and in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The Company disseminates such information through the channels of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Company’s website to ensure that the Company’s disclosures are accurate, complete, and reliable, while also helping to prevent misinformation and rumors. In addition, the Company has assigned the Managing Director and/or the Deputy Managing Director – Operations to serve as the Investor Relations Officer, responsible for communicating and clarifying the Company’s information to investors and relevant stakeholders.
